How long it takes to get my parcel?
USD$150 or below purchase for all countries and USD$40 purchase or below purchase for Italy shipping time will be 10-21 working days. USD$150 or above purchase for all countries and USD$40 purchase or above purchase for Italy shipping time will be 3-5 working days. If you don't have it after 7 days please contact us. If you haven't provide your address and tel # right away we will spend time to email you and get the accurate info to ship, this may delay our process. If you want to get the items less than USD$150 purchase by express please email us we will give you the express rate.
How to track my parcel?
For all the express parcels please email us if you don't have it in 5 days and we will give you tracking # and website to trace, regular mails will arrive in 10-21 working days, if you don't have it on time please email us.
How to calculate Shipping cost?
We have a unique system for calculating shipping and please add your prefer items in shopping cart and go to check out and you will find your shipping cost.
Shipping fees
Shipping included: shipping, handling and packing materials so stamp cost will be slight less than what you are being charged.
ITALIAN customer please read
We will only ship USD$50 or more purchases by UPS due to your country's custom is tough to overseas parcels and they will take away or release the parcel to you after 3 months so we will only ship by UPS and first 1KG charge is USD$36 .
Paypal dispute
When we receive any customer's paypal dispute we will figure out it's our problem or not, if we found out the item is delivered and send us dispute we will block your account for further purchases and will inform all my dealers that your paypal account and your address is not safe to ship to.
Returing Merchandise
For any customers returning their items we will only accept original unopened packing and we will charge you 20% re-stocking fee and shipping will not get refund and you have to pay for your return shipping and we will only refund after we receive your returning items
Defective items
Items that's defective must not in used condition, please send the item back and we will send you the new one.
